1,2-Dimethoxyethane

1,2-Dimethoxyethane is liquid having sharp odor that is lightly toxic when inhaled. It is used in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing of electrical and optic equipment's, solvents for electrolytes of lithium batteries, solution to remove fluorine atoms from the surface of PTFE, and also used as laboratory chemical.
